Starting up or switching software vendors

After you decide to use CBCC as your software vendor. There are a few things you need to do.

Send your letter of intent to CBP and get assigned a client representative

Setup CBCC software on your pc's

Test connections with CBP and take the ABI test.

This process can take up to a month, so get started today.

Customization

One big thing that sets us appart from other vendors is our willingness to customize. Send us your special form or requirement and we will create it for you. Usually at no additional charge. Our opinion is that, if its good for you it's probably good for someone else and that will enhance our software.
